If you are unhappy with any items that you have purchased from us, you may return it within 7 days, for a store credit (cost of returning goods are at your own expense). The returned items must be in unused, re-saleable condition, with their original packaging.

Please note in the return parcel your details so we know who to give the store credit to. The item you are sending back is at your own risk. We would recommend using tracked delivery methods to ensure a safe delivery back to us. We are not responsible for any items sent back to us that are lost in the post. The cost of the return postage is at buyer’s expense.

Any items deemed used or in non re-saleable condition will not be refunded and you will be required to pay postage costs to return the items back to you (this is for obvious hygiene reasons due to the nature of the goods).


Faulty items

Should you experience any issue with the items, please contact us and we will endeavour to resolve the issue directly with the manufacturer. This may include taking photos of the fault, possibly returning the item and we may either refund or replace the item. Costs incurred for sending the item back to us will also be refunded once the fault is decided – however you must contact us before sending the item back. Baby It's You is not responsible for items that have been cared for incorrectly (i.e. in the washing or drying process). All faulty items must be returned within 30 days of purchase, otherwise any faults outside of this time period are subject to the manufacturers individual warranties for the product.



We will endeavour to dispatch all items within 24 hours of receiving the order. Rural delivery may take another 1-3 business days to arrive in some locations. Please note we CANNOT deliver to PO BOX addresses. Please supply a physical address. We use Fastway Couriers as our preferred freight company for most items, with Rural Parcels being delivered by Fastway where possible. This is so we can keep the cost of postage as low as possible for all of our valued customers, no matter where you live in NZ.



Laybys are available for all orders over $50.00.The purchase price (including delivery) must be paid for in an equal installments, starting with the first installment being made within 2 business days of the order being placed, then in (up to) six equal amounts each week proceeding the order date. Installments must be paid into the given bank account number each week following the first installment. If you would like to pay your order off earlier to receive your items sooner, please contact us to let us know that you’re going to finalise the payment, and we can then send your goods upon receipt of this final payment.

Additional items can be added to your current layby by quoting your layby number in the comment section of the checkout (when processing your order).

Cancelled laybys can be refunded by giving notice of your intent to cancel via email. A $10 administration/re stocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.



Baby It's You is not responsible for any misuse of the nappies or damage caused by incorrect washing of the nappies. If you have an issue with your nappies please contact us and we will be happy to assist you in contacting the supplier for further assistance (i.e. if there is a manufacturing fault of the product).
